If any matter is not covered by this policy but addressed in the EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail. If there is a conflict between this policy and the EULA, this Privacy Policy shall govern.

We do not actively collect your name, phone number, email, or any personally identifiable information.
Your focus records, reward balls, and bottle information are stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud sync, the data will be stored in Apple iCloud, and we cannot access it.

Device identifiers (e.g., IDFV)
App usage data (e.g., number of launches, focus completions, crash data)
This data is only used for local analytics and functional optimization. It is not uploaded to any server nor used for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Focus Bottle does not currently integrate any third-party SDKs (such as advertising, analytics, or login services). All functions run locally or use Apple services like iCloud.
4. Your Data Rights
You may delete the app at any time to clear local data via system settings.
If iCloud is enabled, your data can be restored after reinstalling the app.
We do not store any identifiable data, and you always maintain control of your own data.
5. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to prevent data loss or misuse. If data is stored on iCloud, it adheres to Apple’s encryption and security standards.
