“专注时光瓶”严格遵守 Apple 的 《标准最终用户许可协议 (EULA)》

欢迎您使用“专注时光瓶”应用。本条款是您与我们之间关于使用“专注时光瓶”相关服务所订立的法律条款。在您使用本服务之前，请务必仔细阅读并理解本条款全部内容。一旦您开始使用，即视为您已接受本协议的所有条款。
一、服务内容
本应用为用户提供专注计时、专注记录、奖励收集、可视化图表等服务，帮助用户提高注意力、管理时间并保持持续成长。
二、用户权利与义务
- 用户应确保提供的所有信息真实、准确，不得冒用他人信息。
- 用户有权使用本应用的正常功能并享受服务更新。
- 用户不得利用本应用进行任何违法违规或侵害他人权益的活动。
三、使用规范
- 发布虚假信息、传播恶意代码、干扰服务运行等行为。
- 未经许可对应用内容进行反编译、反向工程、篡改等。
- 使用自动化工具进行恶意注册、刷奖励等行为。
四、服务变更与中止
我们有权视业务发展需要，变更、暂停或终止部分或全部服务。在合理可预期范围内，我们将通过应用内公告等方式提前通知您。
五、免责声明
- 因用户操作不当、网络不稳定、第三方系统异常等造成的损失，我们不承担责任。
- 本应用不对因不可抗力造成的中断、数据丢失等后果负责。
六、知识产权
“专注时光瓶”相关商标、LOGO、界面设计、程序代码、功能架构等均受法律保护，未经授权，不得擅自使用、复制或传播。
七、协议变更
我们保留在必要时修改本协议条款的权利，变更内容将在更新后立即生效，您继续使用即视为接受该等变更。
八、会员订阅服务条款
- 如您选择“1个月会员”或“1年会员”订阅，则表示您授权 Apple 在订阅到期前 24 小时自动续费并扣款，您需确保 Apple ID 有足够余额。
- 开通会员后，您可在有效期内解锁“番茄钟专注模式”、“自定义专注标签”、“畅想所有背景音乐”、“学霸模式”、“全部纬度的统计数据”、“小组件”、“iCloud多设备同步”等功能。
- 若会员权益未生效，请在 App 内点击“恢复购买”按钮，如仍有问题请联系我们：gangneng@waysun.tech
- 不同地区可能存在价格差异，实际支付金额以 App Store 付款页面显示为准。
九、一次性购买说明
- 购买“永久会员”后，可一次性解锁所有会员功能，永久有效，无需续费。
- 用户也可单独购买特定款式的“专注时光瓶”作为收藏与使用，该购买为一次性付费，永久生效。
- 购买记录可通过 App 内“恢复购买”功能在多设备间同步。

Focus Bottle strictly complies with Apple’s Standard EULA.
If there are conflicts between this policy and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA will prevail.
Welcome to using the Focus Bottle app. These terms are a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of this service. By using it, you are deemed to have accepted all terms herein.
1. Service Content
Focus Bottle provides services such as focus timers, tracking records, collectible rewards, and data visualization to help users manage time and improve focus.
2. User Rights and Obligations
- Users must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
- Users have the right to access normal app functions and receive updates.
- Users must not engage in illegal or harmful behavior using the app.
3. Code of Conduct
- Spreading false information or malicious code, disrupting app functionality.
- Reverse-engineering, modifying, or tampering with app content.
- Using bots or automation tools for abuse or reward exploitation.
4. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate services as necessary. Reasonable notice will be given within the app.
5. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for losses due to user misuse, unstable networks, or third-party issues.
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
6. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, designs, code, and structure of Focus Bottle are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Agreement Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
8. Subscription Terms
- By subscribing to monthly or yearly plans, you authorize Apple to auto-renew 24 hours before expiration.
- Membership unlocks Pomodoro Focus Mode, custom tags, full music, "Study Mode", full analytics, widgets, iCloud sync, etc.
- If benefits are inactive, tap "Restore Purchases" or contact us.
- Prices may vary by region. Final charges are shown on the App Store page.
9. One-Time Purchase
- Lifetime membership grants full features forever with a single payment.
- You can also purchase specific focus bottles individually for permanent use.
- Purchases can be synced across devices using "Restore Purchases".
